GL Chat uses a shared GoodLuck account. Deleting the account affects access to GoodLuck, not just signing in to the GL Chat app.
Email the address below from the email linked to your account. Include your username and specify whether you want to delete the account and its associated data or selected data without deleting the account. Do not send passwords or login codes. If you cannot access your account email, mention this so support can arrange ownership verification.

For an account deletion request, support handles deletion of the account and associated personal data: email, profile details, avatar, linked external accounts, messages and uploaded files. To delete only selected data, list the categories in your email; you can keep your account. Support verifies account ownership and informs you of the outcome.
Deletion in Settings initially disables the account and hides its profile. Original account data is kept for 30 days to allow recovery; the account is then scheduled for permanent cleanup. This does not mean all messages and files are immediately removed: you can request their deletion separately by email. The general privacy policy provides for personal data retention normally no longer than 3 years after the last activity, or for a legally required period. In its response, support explains which data will be deleted and which must be retained, including the reason and retention period.
