Purposes of Processing
The operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

- · Fulfilling obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ and Federal Law No. 149-FZ
Transfer of Personal Data
The operator does not sell or rent your personal data. Authorization via external services (Discord, Twitch, Google, Riot Games) is one-directional: the operator receives data from these services with your consent but does not transfer your personal data to them. The exception is web analytics: only if you allow analytics cookies, visit data (cookie ID, IP address, device and on-site activity) is processed by Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia). Otherwise, disclosure is only possible:

Data Storage and Localization
Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). No cross-border transfer of personal data is performed.
Data Protection
The operator applies the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Consent to Processing and Its Withdrawal
Personal data is processed with your consent, which you provide by a separate acknowledgement during registration. You may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a request to the operator's email (see the Contacts section). Upon withdrawal, the operator ceases processing and destroys the data, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:
· Obtain information about the processing of your personal data
· Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data
· Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
· Request cessation of processing and deletion of your data
· Appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court
Retention Periods
Personal data is retained no longer than required for the purposes of processing, or for the period established by the laws of the Russian Federation. As a rule — no more than 3 years from the date of last activity, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.

Payment Data Security
Bank card data is not transmitted to the operator's servers. Payments (voluntary donations) are processed via T-Bank through secure communication channels in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
